HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL PHOTO SHOOT TAKE?

We require 50-90 minutes to set up and shoot, depending on the size, lighting and layout of the property.

HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

If we have a cancellation, we can accommodate our clients the next day, however, we recommend 3-4 business days advance booking to secure a date and time of your preference.


WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

We will deliver and publish your photographs in 24 hrs (the next business day).  For special photography and video services, you will get the links within 72 hrs. For Friday shoots, you will receive your photography the following Monday.


WHAT IS AERIAL DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY?

In order to get aerial view shots, a drone is used. Stallone Media is licensed, insured and are also Transport Canada approved pilots. Once logged into your account, select the "add-on" drone service.


HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR CANCELLATION?

We require at least 24 hrs notice for canceling or rescheduling due to us turning away other clients. Within this period, a $75 cancellation fee is charged.

Rescheduling Due To Weather
Photo shoots will continue as scheduled as long as it is not physically raining. If rain is present, we can shoot the interior and understand that the seller has put a lot of work into getting the property ready for the scheduled shoot. Yet a revisit fee of $75 is applicable for us to return for the exterior photos at the earliest day possible where the weather cooperates. Another option is we can reschedule the entire shoot to the next available appointment. (No reschedule fees will be assessed in this case, for inclement weather.)


WHY DO WE NEED TO PAY UPFRONT?

We allocate time for our photographers and staff to provide the service thus need to pay them. There are also numerous costs that we incur to set up services.

WHERE DO I PICK UP BROCHURES OR POSTCARDS?

We have partnered with quality printers who provide us with next day service. They are located in Vaughan (Weston/Steeles), North York (Yonge/Finch) and Etobicoke (Islington/The Queensway) for the convenience of our clients. Just inform our team where you would like to pick up your prints.

WHAT IS THE MARKETING SERVICE PROCESS?

We suggest placing an order at least 3-4 days before your listing date in order to get your materials before the listing date. Once our team receives the order, we will reach out to you and request basic information about the property. We will then commence with preparation for the marketing tasks listed on our website for the package you ordered and thereafter email you drafts to proof and approve. The first time you order, we will ask you for your personal profile photo and brokerage logo plus social media login information so that we may easily streamline our tasks thereafter. All your information is held in strict confidence on our password-protected platform that we will create for you.


COULD I REPLACE SOME MARKETING TASKS?

Yes, you may certainly ask us to delete certain tasks and replace them with reasonable listing related tasks.  You may also request more tasks at our hourly rate of $42, which can ordered at the same time with your marketing package.


DO I GET DESIGN AND ADVERTISING PROOFS TO REVIEW?

We always send you a draft to proof prior to posting anything online or to your clients. We require an approval in writing since it’s the REALTOR that was hired to represent the homeowners and thus should review all information that will be published.
