Appointment Reminders

Your photography appointment is confirmed.

COVID-19 POLICY: We are doing our part to limit the spread of this virus while maintaining service. Please inform your homeowners we are only able to come to provide photography/videography services when no one is inside the property. You/they can open the door and wait outside. Please assure them that we will be wearing a mask and gloves when at the property to protect our health and theirs.

RESCHEDULING: Please request changes or cancellations prior to 24 hours of the shoot date, otherwise, a revisit fee as we turn other bookings away to secure your appointment slot.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that there are no vehicles or trash bins on the property and rooms will be ready by the time of the shoot, to avoid a re-booking. Additionally, please monitor the weather as if it rains we can only shoot the interior and are generally booked a week ahead, therefore, we cannot guarantee that we can return the following day. We will do our best to accommodate early requesters. NOTE: Photographers cannot move any furniture or personal items due to liability.

PHOTOS WILL BE READY: Approx turnaround time to receive photos is 24 "business" hours from the "time" of your shoot. e.g. Shoot completed at 2 p.m. then it will be published by 2 p.m. the next day. If the photoshoot is on Friday the photos will be published by Monday. 


VIDEO: If you have ordered a video service and wish to include your logo, branding, or select your own music, please send us this request today. Any requests afterwards will cause delays or additional editing costs. Music options: https://app.soundstripe.com/songs.
